1. Nature of Services

Wellbrook provides general document organisation support and plain-language informational materials relating to pension paperwork. All services are educational and administrative in nature. Nothing provided by Wellbrook — whether in sessions, workshops, written materials, or correspondence — constitutes individual financial, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind.

You are responsible for your own decisions and for seeking appropriately qualified professional guidance where required for your individual circumstances.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By booking or enquiring, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Bookings and Payment

Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment in full or a deposit as agreed in writing. Prices listed on this website are indicative and subject to change. The price applicable to your booking is that confirmed in your booking acknowledgement.

All prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿) inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment methods and timing will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• More than 5 business days before your session: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• 2–5 business days before your session: 50% refund or one free reschedule.
• Less than 2 business days before your session: No refund; rescheduling subject to availability and a rebooking fee.

Cancellations by Wellbrook due to unforeseen circumstances will result in a full refund or reschedule offer. We accept no liability for consequential costs arising from a Wellbrook cancellation.

5. Membership Terms

The Steady Records Membership is billed annually. Membership renews automatically unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date. No partial-year refunds are issued after the membership period has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

Membership benefits are for the named individual only and may not be transferred or shared.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials produced or shared by Wellbrook — including templates, information sheets, session notes, and website content — remain the intellectual property of Wellbrook unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Materials are provided for your personal reference only. They may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without prior written consent from Wellbrook.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wellbrook provides information and organisational support in good faith. We make no representation that any information shared is complete, current, or applicable to any individual's specific circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wellbrook shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or reliance on any information we provide.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.

8. Conduct

We aim to provide a respectful, supportive environment. We reserve the right to end a session or cancel a membership without refund where a participant behaves in a manner that is abusive, disruptive, or harmful to others.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for general information purposes. We aim to keep content accurate and up to date but make no warranties regarding its completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Availability of the website is not guaranteed.

You may not use this website to transmit harmful, unlawful, or deceptive content, or to attempt to interfere with its operation.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify active members by email.
